Each CareCenter is connected to a local hospital and provides a comprehensive health check, including occupational health examinations, in less than an hour. Details of the Vilua CareCenter
Life station
In the Life Station, various examinations are performed in a standing position. These include measuring body dimensions such as height and weight as well as a comprehensive spine and posture analysis. Participants are guided through the examinations by a virtual assistant. This digital support be provided in various languages.


Preventiometer and Kiosk
The Preventiometer is a health screening station where various medical examinations are combined in one single process. The system platform integrates measurements taken by various medical devices which can each be combined with one another, e. g.
- hearing test (audiometer)
- infrared body fat analyser and calliper measurement of body fat
- HRV and stress analysis (heart rate variability analysis)
- bone density measurement
Professional guidance
Assisted by a medical expert, the check-up can be quite an adventure: interactive operation, cutting-edge technology and a futuristic design ensure that participants experience their visit to the Preventiometer as an exciting event. This fun health service appeals to participants, and makes it easier for them to get started with the program.
The collected data are pseudonymized and can be integrated into the employer’s reporting process if desired. Other health tracking devices such as smart watches and apps can also be integrated into the program.

After the health check, our specially trained systemic coaches inform the participants about the option of obtaining subsequent health coaching and motivate them to seize this opportunity. Coach and participant jointly define targets and develop strategies for successfully changing existing behavioural patterns on a sustained basis. Health coaching is an extremely efficient way, for instance, of getting participants to give up smoking, of preventing burn-out and of adopting a healthier lifestyle in many other respects.

All information collected in the course of the health check are managed on a central web platform using a pseudomization code (No-ID). Participants use their No-ID to log in, book appointments and view their own data. In this way, the platform serves as a collection point for medical data, healthcare service offers and other content. This tool is based on the Vilua Management System – a CRM system. In addition, the associated Coaching App provides a number of helpful services to assist participants in their everyday life.
